生物医药

（1）生物转化与绿色低碳技术
主要针对富含生物活性物质和高效环境修复的微藻优良种质，整合光合微藻底盘与人工半导体材料，定向优化电子传递通道，突破自然光合作用的效率限制，赋予其新功能。重点探索人工光合杂化体的设计与改造、营养与环境因素对生长及代谢影响、光合自养和光暗发酵过程中碳氮磷高效生物转化及优化调控，为生物活性物质生产、环境治理（碳减排和废水处理）与生物质利用、生物饵料与饲料、生物能源的开发提供绿色低碳关键技术。
（2）合成生物系统构建与应用
主要以光合微藻为研究对象，基于功能基因组学、代谢途径解析与组装、合成生物技术等手段开发微藻底盘，建立成熟的表达系统/基因编辑体系（细胞核、叶绿体基因组），基于真核微藻独特的翻译后修饰机制，实现外源蛋白在藻细胞内高效表达，藉此推动微藻绿色细胞工厂相关技术的发展（重组疫苗、工业酶、药用蛋白、抗体、细胞因子等），实现高值化利用。
（3）功能活性评估与产品开发
聚焦藻类来源的功能产品，如藻胆蛋白、PUFAs、色素、多糖等。在化妆品领域，评估消炎、保湿等功效并开发新品；在生物医药方面，探究其在疾病防治的潜力；在食品和饲料领域，分析营养成分及促生长、免疫调节作用。从功效评价切入，推进藻源产品开发应用。
