以核酸、蛋白质及糖等生物分子为探针，集成微流控、微阵列及纳米生物分析技术开展新型生物分析技术平台及小型即时检测装置开发。
3、食品安全、环境污染检测及临床诊断分析研究
以微阵列、微流控及生物传感器为基础开展临床诊断、食品及环境中有毒有害物质如肿瘤标志物、致病微生物，化学残留物等的高通量、多组份简单快速检测分析，以及开发低成本，简便实用的现场快速检测设备。
