聚焦于“耐药检测与逆转”这一核心需求，创新性地从环境污染诱导耐药现象入手，开展机理研究与技术开发，力求促进我国肿瘤诊疗事业的发展。
1）耐药功能研究及规避技术开发
以斑马鱼胚胎及肿瘤细胞为模型，以纳米粒子及环境污染物为对象，探索ABC转运蛋白的底物范围及阈值，用其指导抗癌纳米粒子合成及应用。
2）耐药发生机制及逆转技术开发
逆向阐释环境污染物诱导肿瘤耐药的相关机制，掲示核心调控因子，探索逆转方案。
3）耐药肿瘤细胞检测及其临床应用
开发拉曼、数字PCR及流式等多组学技术，监测肿瘤耐药及发展过程，形成快速检测技术，并推广其实际应用。
