柯华,博士,哈尔滨工业大学材料学院教授/博导(本硕博毕业于哈尔滨工业大学材料学院,导师:周玉院士)。主要从事铁电/压电材料、多铁性材料及磁电复合材料的设计与研发,致力于结合前沿量子理论开发新型电子功能材料。主持国家重点研发计划项目课题及国家自然科学基金等国家部委项目10余项,国家部委“优秀科技创新团队”和首批“哈工大创新团队”核心成员。

在Phys. Rev. B、J. Appl. Phys.、J. Adv. Ceram.、Adv. Electron. Mater.、Mater. Today Phys.、Scripta Mater.、J. Eur. Ceram. Soc.、J. Am. Ceram. Soc.等本领域高水平SCI期刊发表论文80余篇,授权发明专利14项,软件著作权4项,主参编教材与专著3部。

担任科技部重点研发计划重点专项核心专家,工信部“新材料大数据创新联盟”常务理事单位代表,黑龙江省表面工程学会常务理事,黑龙江省科普专家,《现代技术陶瓷》期刊编委,Journal of Advanced Ceramics期刊编委等学术职务。与中科院物理所、英国曼彻斯特大学、俄罗斯科学院约飞物理所和钢铁研究总院功能材料研究所等国内外知名研究机构具有长期合作关系。
