研究成果:
在纳米异质结的构造、结构表征及物性研究中,做出了在国际上有影响力的工作:
(1)在异质结的研究方面,实现了条码结构对磁学性质增强性能的影响。这项研究得到了国内外同行的广泛关注。被NANO LETTERS, Small等高水平杂志的文章中他引28次。
(2) 在纳米粒子研究方面,利用高温液相法合成了Co纳米粒子,通过调节表面活性剂对Co纳米粒子的尺寸和形貌的影响,成功实现了纳米粒子的二维自组装。
(3) 在研究燃料电池催化剂催化性能时,探索了纳米线的结构对催化活性的影响。
(4) 在光电催化方面,合成了半导体/石墨烯复合结构,并用于水解制氢。
