牛晓滨,电子科技大学材料与能源学院院长,教授、博导。加州大学洛杉矶分校材料科学与工程博士,中国科学技术大学物理学硕士、学士。英国皇家化学学会会士、入选国家青年人才计划、中国工程前沿杰出青年学者、四川省学术和技术带头人、成都市蓉漂计划专家、入选天府峨眉创新创业团队。任中国电子学会半导体科技青年专委会委员、四川省普通本科高等学校教学指导委员会委员、四川省专家评议(审)委员会委员、电子科技大学学术委员会委员、中国科协海智计划特聘专家、成都天府海智计划专家、成都新材料学会副理事长、国家一流本科专业建设点——新能源材料与器件专业负责人、四川省一流本科课程《表面科学与外延生长导论》负责人、电子科技大学-长虹新能源材料与器件联合实验室主任。
 
主要工作为数据驱动的材料精准设计与计算、材料信息数据库的构建、及其在能源、量子、电子信息领域的应用。承担有科技部重点研发计划课题、国家自然基金、国防科技创新特区培育项目等国家级、省部级、横向项目,科研经费2000余万元,取得了系列创新性研究成果,在Physical Review Letters、npj Computational Materials 、Advanced Materials、Materials Today等物理、材料类学术期刊上发表论文160余篇,其中一作及通讯作者80余篇,申请专利40余项,授权10余项,其中美国专利1项,专利转化5项。
